Dani Federico M.P.H. holds a Masters in Public Health and a B.A. with a concentration in human biomechanics both from UC Berkeley. She takes the mystery and myth out of weight loss and bulk-up promises developing individualized programs based on real science. A lifetime athlete, Dani has studied various training philosophies and personally experimented with many different training techniques. While in graduate school at UC Berkeley, Danielle taught nutritional science and now brings this expertise to clients trying to make healthy lifestyle changes. Her experience working in clinical rehabilitation enables her to design safe fitness programs for people who have physical limitations. Owner of KickStart Fitness, Dani is a personal trainer and nutritional counselor who has helped many people overcome obstacles on their way to becoming fabulous. She is the author of Mommy Fabulous: Complete Pregnancy Nutrition and Fitness Guide Designed to Deliver a Fabulous Postpartum Figure. Dani is working on a three book series aimed to help women and mommies at all stages to achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.
